How is the price worked out?
Pricing depends on the site, agreed scope, service frequency and practical requirements. A walkthrough lets us understand the space before providing a clear written proposal, so you can see what is included before work begins.
What happens during a walkthrough?
We look at how the space is used, which areas need attention and any surfaces or requirements that need particular care. We also discuss access and timing. Those details inform the service scope and written proposal.
How often can you clean, and at what time?
Service frequency and timing are agreed around the needs and operating hours of your space. Commercial cleaning can be scheduled outside normal operating periods where appropriate; for homes, we discuss a routine that fits your household. We confirm the schedule and access arrangements before the first clean.
Can I request particular products?
Site-specific product requirements can generally be accommodated where practical. Tell us about preferred products or sensitive surfaces during the walkthrough, or before service begins, so we can agree on suitable products and include the requirements in the scope.
What happens if something needs attention?
Contact Chris or Yasin directly and let us know the area or task involved. You speak with the people responsible for the work, rather than an anonymous call centre. We discuss the next step and follow the issue through with you.

We clean businesses and homes across Sydney. For recurring commercial work, service can extend across the wider Sydney metropolitan area where the site, frequency and schedule make sense. Send us your suburb and the type of space so we can confirm availability.
Which service should I enquire about?
